My dog fit into both sizes based on product size guide, which size shall I choose?

In most cases, we suggest choose the next size, so there will be more flexibility. But each brands use different size guides, if you are not sure, please drop us a message.
Can I customise products for my pet?

We do accept customisation for products, especially leather accessories. You can customise colour, size, or name personalisation, depends on to what extend the customisation, there will be a fee for special order.
The item I want is out of stock, how quick can you restock?

We restock 1-2 times monthly, feel free to drop us a message we can let you know the restock information of certain item.
Can I design a custom logo/font to be engraved on leather accessories?

Yes, you can. Please send the art work file to us, we will send you a quote for a custom brass stamp. Once the brass stamp is ready, we can engrave your logo/custom font at our London office.
I can't find a suitable size for a particular product, can you help?

For Little Sage leather accessories, we accept bespoke order. You can visit this link to submit the special order form. For other products, please get in touch with your pet's measurements. We will let you know if we can back order the right size.
Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally, however, some countries has higher shipping rate which may not reflect correctly on our website, we may contact you to either cancel the order or charge an extra fee for postage.
I can't see the Express Shipping to my country. How much does it cost?

We use DHL/FedEx/UPS for express shipping to most destinations. If you can't see this option, please send us a message, we will send you a quote and add this option to our site so that you can place the order online using Express Shipping.
