As each item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike, and slight variations or handcrafting marks may be visible. Some products are hand stitched with waxed thread, which may leave slight burn marks at the finishing points. These characteristics are not considered defects or quality issues. About Hardware
Brass hardware may undergo natural oxidation over time. The degree and speed of oxidation depend on the local climate and temperature. Oxidation is a normal chemical reaction and should not be mistaken for rust. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this natural process.
